Get albelton's live.... its a good one. And maybe get
max/msp? or reaktor? I would suggest reaktor first because
max/msp can be a little intimidating at first. Reaon is
REALLY cool. It has OS X support now which is sweet. Cubase
SX came out for mac I think... and it has OS X support. If
you need a free audio editor look for an app called...
SoundEdit16, its a neat little sound editing app that
macromedia made... I use it all the time for editing and
exporting stuff...

I hope this helps

and Hotline, and Carracho are good p2p file sharing apps...

there'll be tons soon ... at the moment the macOSX is
introducing a bit of a void .. but on macOS9 there's more
than enough.

what are you after? all in one package, sequencer, samplers,
instruments??

Well, to tell you the truth, I'm after almost everything, but
mostly after some nice audio recording/editing/mastering
software and some music making software, kind of like Fruity
Loops but a bit complicated....Lots of persons have
suggested Reason...
Thanx a lot to you Korben d for helping me.... :)

Actually, all in one package for music making is good enough
for like the next year, I think Reason 2.0 is the winner so
far....... :)

not a worry

actually .. if you end up getting a cd-r version of cubase,
that can work nicely with reason (via rewire2), you can do
all the sequencing on cubase and use reason as a virtual
studio.

the reason sequencer (although improved on 2) seems a little
deficient compared to long standing/well established sequ.
like cubase/logic etc..

but reason 2 by itself sounds like it fits the bill nicely.
