I just watched Donnie Darko tonight for the first time when something pretty strange happened: I saw Drew Barrymore in her part and i dont know why but she forced my mind to think of Christina Applegate (?), i dont know why, so i started thinking about "Married with children" and Christina Applegate, and then this psychoterapist scene starts and Donnie starts talking about "Married with children" and Christina Applegate like 10 secs after she appeared in my head. That was pretty cool, and it made me dig the movie much more. |

THat used to freak me out all the time when I used to read lots and lots of various non fiction tidbits from various places... read about one thing here and the next day you read about something else somehow in connection to it. The frequency with which this happened made me realize how connected everything is. |

i phoned 4 video stores for that movie last night and for some strange and twisted reason its the most popular film out there at the moment.. i couldnt get it anywhere.. i've seen it in the theatre and this is one of the movies that makes me want to go out and buy a dvd player. |
