I just downloaded this demo and the graphics are totally
screw up. I only have the colours blue, black and grey.
There is no way I can play like this. My video card is a
tnt2...I know its shitty. I upgraded my drivers but it
still doesn't work. Any ideas or suggestions how to fix it?

uhm, tnt2? yeah, listen to BILE.........

sorry mate, it runs great on a GeForce4. The new NV30 chip
is comming very soon though..............oooooooh 2x as
fast.

How quick is your rig anyway? A new Graphics card might not
do shit if you have a slow computer.

i know i have to buy a new video and audio card soon, but i
was hoping i could hold off longer. Don't really have the
cash since i'm only working as an intern. Can anyone
suggest a good audio card with midi capabilities? hopefully
something that isn't too expensive.

Sound Blaster, cheep but good for games. For music stay away
tho.

you can prolly pick up a used GeForce 3, or maybe even a new
one. For like $100, I sold my old GeForce2 like 5 months
ago for $40 on ebay, so yeah. Anything more than a GeForce
3 and your computer won't be able to use it I would say.

That would do the trick though

More people are having this problem.
AFAIK there's no way around this, because your card does not
support HW-T&L (that's hardware transform&lightning)

And BlatantEcho, why go for GF3? GF3 is a dead end. Buy a
GF4 (ti4200 is cheap) and you will be fine for at least 2
years, and if you buy a new computer, you take it out and
put the TNT2 card back in your old comp. Think of it as an
early investment in your new computer :-)

sponk, Thanks for the suggestion. I will probably go with
that idea once I get money to invest in computer upgrades.

i don't think a 900mhz puter will be able to use the
GeForce4 to any good level.

Trying to save him money, GeForce3s, well, they're prolly
giving them away.
