i put my thang down flip it and reverse it.. i have to write an essay comparing a few TRL (Total Request Live) videos to recent (last 6 months) videos by artists i actually like.. here's what i'm comparing: The Roots - Break You Off vs. Christina Aguilera - Dirrty El-P - Deep Space 9mm vs. Eminem - Lose Yourself Dead Prez - 'They' Schools (this video is actually from 2000, but i'm going to claim it's recent) vs. that new Nelly video Amon Tobin - Verbal vs. one of the recent animated Linkin Park videos Tori Amos - A Sorta Fairytale (is that the title?) vs. the new Mariah Carrey video and if i feel like i need to write more, i'm gonna compare a recent Bjork video (Cocoon or It's In Our Hands) and Missy Elliott - Work It should be fun.. |

That sounds like a fucking awesome assignment. What class is it for? We did something similar in my broadcast production class, but we had to make our own video. I used Iz-Us by aphex. |

im not too crazy about Amons video Verbal it was just kinda like... eh. But its also my least favorite song on the album... so i could be biased. come to think of it though... none of Amons videos do anything for me... but, i WOULD pick it over Linkin Park hehe |

it's my least favorite track on the new album too.. haven't seen the video yet. the linkin park video was ok, but i don't see the big deal about it cos unlike the majority of the people who saw it on mtv, i've actually seen japanese anime movies AND better done american anime-style music videos. |

Missy Eliots new track is really mega awesome! I love it. I heard it on the radio on power 106 like a month ago..... I cant wait to hear her new album "Under Construction" |

i can't even think of what "slowly" is.. and yea i had planned to watch the verbal video @ ninja tune, thanks for the thought though. mickey: yea, i'm gonna compare the new missy video to the new bjork video.. as much as i love bjork, missy wins by a mile this time... "it's in our hands" is the worst spike jonze video i've ever seen and pretty weak for bjork too, tho she WAS 8 months pregnant when she shot it. |

I have this problem all the time.... I cant remember song titles at ALL. Except for really standout tracks. I hope missey collaberates with busta rhymes agian for her next album... its due out Nov. 14th, I cant wait |
