well just link the output of your mixer to the analog input
of your recorder with an RCA cable, then set your mixer
level to approx.0db, then set the level input of your
recorder so as to have the max level but without any
clipping.

I just hope you',ve got 2 outputs on your mixer to listen to
the sound while recording. Instead of what you 'll have to
make an "Y" cable.

Don't forget to "finalize" the cd once recorded before
ejecting it, you should have problems.

plug the desk into your computers line in. if you have a wav
editor (sound forge) open it, hit record, and mix away!

when your done, push stop, save the file. then burn it!

easy!!!!

If you want to do some mastering or editing, then use
SoundForge on your computer.
If you just want a record of your mix to have re-listens,
then just use your cd-recorder, it will be easier if you're
a novice with recording.

Is your recorder an audio cd-r recorder (like a technics,
a sony or a tascaom feorex.) or is it a cd-r/rw burner unit
in your computer ?

please be a little bit clearer if u want help.
