Oowooh that must have been such a pile of stink. I read the
book--tried to read the book. I wanted to hunt down and gut
the author. Few authors deserve death. John Steakley is one
of them.

the tears in the world couldn't make up for me waisting my
time on that piece of shit.

i like almost all movies. With all other forms of art i'm
usually very critical, and dislike more things than i like.

But i can watch the crappiest movie and still enjoy it. Once
you start watching, it's hard to stop. Even if it's not
exciting at all... you still wanna see how it ends ;-)

And the really bad movies, usually turn out to be very funny
:-p (unintedly funny movies are often the funniest... you
know the kind, where the bad guy gets killed 100's of times,
and always manages to get back on his feet).

I don't know any other form of art that can be so bad it's
actually good...

ah surrounded, you're not talking about bad movies. those
movies are good in their own way.

we are talking about the filthy evil ones. no redeeming
features.

Possibly the best bad movie is Pushing Up Daisies, a
southern prison exploitation film. It's not so much bad as,
well, it leaves you just scratching your head.

I mean, what were they thinking?

Oh shit oh shit oh shit! How can I forget the GOD EMPEROR of
bad movies: Deadly Spygames. It's so bad it incorporates
footage from a failed slasher movie the director worked on
previously, with a lame plot contrivance that it was footage
of a murder by a psychotic Russian general's son. Yeah, but
the killer was dressed as SANTA.

Also features a helicopter build from a plywood kit and
soldiers fighting around a cheap pup tent in what looks like
a city park.

i must rent that one aswell! It sounds hilarious :-p

I remember a film i once saw that was about a cast who was
making such a bad movie. The movie they were making in the
movie was actually the bible. It was so low-budget they used
sponsoring everywhere.

I remember one scene were Moses came down the mountain with
the 10 commandments and a bottle of coca cola. After he read
the commandments people cheered at him (footage of
woodstock).

It was really good ;-) Had to think about it when i read
your post.

So I'll put on my to see-list

-deadly spygames
-pushing up daisies

an amateur dramatics group, written and directed by one of
the guys from "this is spinal tap".. its in the same vein..
gets funnier each time you see it..
