hey man, tonight at a club in boston called "Emilies" is a IDM show. All local people... mostly berklee kids i think... i dont know any of them, but my friend does. just thought you might be interested... ill be there. |

it was ok less IDM then expected in fact, only one IDM "band"... but i left before it ended, so there might have been more at the end the ones that did play, sounded fucking tight... however, awesome production aside, it was only "drum" sounds. not a melody to be heard... not even like background lines. and it was blatently autechre rip off well done, but nothing fantastic then a band called "Illuminata" played. they rocked the house. it was like... rock, but with broader elements, dont know how to describe it. and the singer, she wailed! then some funk band blah but it was good fun |
