Is it true that Richard has a permit to drive that thing
around in public? Cause a few years ago someone "borrowed"
an army tank in San Diego and everyone went ape shit. He
drove it down a freeway and knocked over some power poles
too..but that's beside the point.

i saw that on tv or something. that crazy down in LA...drove
a tank down the freeway. what a nutso. got stuck when he
tried driving over those concrete divders. what a crazy son
of a female dog! i coulnd't believe it. man. freak.
