Hi dunno if you saw my post on the other thread- which cordless sennheisers is it that you've got? Are they closed back (I can't find *any* closed back cordless ones...)?
What's the quality like compared to wired ones? Would they be usable for djing? Do they eat batterys? What size is the "transmiter" and does it need to be plugged into the mains?
Cheers. (I'm considering buying some BTW...)

i have T 80.
closed back?
the quality is better when nearer the transmitter, some annoying buzzed sometimes. they do have an incredibly good range (i can go out of the house with them when the transmitter is upstairs). the sound is good but disturbed sometimes. i would not use them for djing - when the battery is weaker it also might weaken the sound and it might sound too different.
they don't eat normal batteries. there is a small chargeable little square battery thingy. i have two of those - so when the other is at use the other is loading.
the transmitter is something like 6 x 6 inches in size. it has to be plugged to the main as it functions as a battery charger too.
the plastic parts of the headphones are a bit crappy (the other has been broken once and the sennheiser importer sent me new ones) and with this price class that is not very nice. but otherwise very good home headphones. also great with dvds :)

Ah, thanks for the info.
Closed back headphones go right round your ears (think of the type radio DJs usually wear in photos) rather than sitting on top of your ears. They also tend to block out all other sound (my mate got knocked of fhis bike as he had closed back headphones on and couldn't hear a car...)
I've got some decent open headphones for DVDs etc, so I'll probably stick with HD-250 IIs for use with decks (when I get them)...
Thanks.
