For those of you coming, here's what I look like (I've got
shorter hair now and I'm a bit older). I'll be wearing the
same bright red tshirt (with a yellow communist star on the
chest) as the picture, so if you feel like scaring me by
coming up to me and saying, "Hi Ceri." As if you know me,
then go ahead. Anyone apart from giginger actually got a
ticket for this?!

Vodka & Martini? What are you making Ceri?

Nothing, just straight vodka- (curing a sore throat) the
Martini was out from the previous day if I recall... This
was taken about a year ago mind. The "table" that's just out
of shot was my old spirits cabinet at uni. Notice the awful
decor in the background of my room in the photo.

and vice versa!
although your currency give you the advantage to come
here.... Melbourne is crawling with British backpackers! :)

I'd have to save up 2-3 times as much probably to get over
there.

Anyway, enjoy the gig you lads! :)

Very good gig- pretty out of it by the time I got there due
to large amounts of Vodka that I consumed on the train, the
street and in a pub. The aquarium is a great venue. Swimming
whilst hammered was good fun and reminiscent of holidays
abroad.
I accquired a N.O.W. - Mind Elevation T-shirt, which was
mixed up with my pile of clothes when I went in the pool.

I made the mistake of (after drying myself carefully) of
stepping backward into the pool (fully clothed) although
thankfully: I didn't fall over and It was the shallow end.
Still my flares were sticking at the bottom and being
distinctly "unflairish".

Brilliant CD given away by warp featuring exclusive previews
(including one from AE's new album!) in one long mix. Also
includes the Windowlicker Remix from 26 remixes for cash and
a new BoC (Hell interface) track too. Worth the price of
admission for this CD alone.

Read more about the gig at the Llamasoft forum:
here.

And finally, a photo of antics on the street during the 2
hour wait for the trains to start up (I eventually managed
to get home and in bed by 9am):

Not to london Constabulary- this bollard was on the floor
when we found it. I was just posing for this picture with
it... ;)

Are you holding that thing up against a fence?

Cause for a second I thought it looked like you were about
to throw it onto a set of train tracks! heheeh

Ceri, you forgot to mention the topless bird in the pool the
blu-tac AFX symbol you made, the annoyings bastards who
asked us if we wanted a taxi every two seconds and that
those are pictures from a phone. I think came out well. The
whole night was fucking excellent. Anyone who could have
gone and didn't was just silly and I inisist you go next
time. The CD you got was superb. Bargain night altogether.
Is there a bootleg of the sound yet? ;)

Ah well, I guess we both have patchy memory- I remember all
the things you said now.

Now you mention the pool again I remember someone pinning me
to the floor of the pool by standing on my back when I had
the underwater race with that girl and you.

Princo- Yes, I'm hitting it against some railings :)

shit I remember you saying about that now. That bird was
nice actually. CAn you remember the name of that scratch
perverts tune they played at the beginning by any chance?

Nope! I remeber asking who I assumed was the DJ and it
wasn't him that had played it (despite being in the box with
cans on...) it was Andrea Parker. Good set though.

Yes, I think it was one of that girl's mates who pinned me.
Normally would of been scary, but I was too out of it to
panic (probably for the best- safe more air that way ;) ) it
was only for about 5 seconds, but it seemed like ages.

It would be dark. The Bouncers were dicks as well so they'd
probably sodomise you to wake you up.

There were security "lifeguarding" although to be honest
they weren't even looking in the direction of the pool 90%
of the time. They wouldn't let me use my own towel!? and
made me pay £1 to use the tiny towels that didn't go "all
the way round" ;)

Dunno about liberating- more freezing cold. I only had
button up flies on my flares so every time the wind blew...

Princo: There's a section of wall used by fly poster right
outsie my house on the way to the corner shop, so I keep up
to date with local events that way ;)
