schuin 2

very nice... when those strings emerge from the inductrial
noise.. its very effective

met dit ::

nice and dark.. remonded me of Oval .... in this one its
when the strings stop makes the tune.... i didn't think the
end bit matches the first bit. both good but i didn't get
their connection in the same song. (i'm a bit stoned now
actually

zinvol - t available today. oh well.
pat onthe back for ya, all round!!

dariusgriffin:

like it. really like the combined sound of the strings and
the harpsichord. nice melody.

I think the drumtrack is kind of predictable in its trying
to be unpredictable and glitchy.. if that makes any sense..

also, its a bit too long for me - could be long, but then it
needs to be a bit more dynamic..

Amon Tobin uses string samples... Nightlife has a bit, and
also some cool choir samples similar to the stuff on
Vespertine by Bjork...

Thanks for having listened.

I agree, I should have edited it a bit.

I was not really trying to make the drums "unpredictable and
glitchy", the glitches are there to "smoothen" transitions.

( Ho, by the way, I like "schuin 2" a lot, it's very
interesting. )
