my top 3, dear Yavo, would have to be:

Dawn of the Dead
Braindead

:)

(Check out Martin - it's by Romero - excellent film)

Oh fuck aye, I remember reading about Martin on - what else
- IMDB. Sounds cool.

Actually it's hard to take a top 3 out of those movies...
although I'll always like Jaws cause it's got Dick Dreyfuss
in it =oD

One of my faves is An American Werewolf In London - just up
the road from me those moors, and fuck do I not like going
there!

chose Evil Dead in the end :)

I've seen (used to own) all the Hellraiser films -
Hellraiser 2 creeps me out a lot

Hellraiser is hellaoverrated imo. The novel is one of
Barker's poorest (although Imagica just beats it) and the
movies are all over the place. The first one - dated as
fuck, dodgy acting. Second one - daft plot, hokey sets, but
some decent bits. Third one - total hollywood with MORE
dodgy acting. Fourth - simply ridiculous but arguably the
most enjoyable. Haven't seen five, or six (is there a sixth?
I think so).

I've seen 12.

why isn't Phantasm in there (nr.1 I mean, never the 3
sequels..)

I liked the first Hellraiser. hated all the sequels.

Paul: I LOVE Young Frankenstein! a strange mix of humour and
actual frightening stuff..

Is Uzumaki anygood? I`m curious to see the man

Funny you laud Bad Taste, glassy - me and yavo were just
slagging it off earlier :D

My A-Z wasn't meant to be definitive - I was hoping folks
would post their own A-Zs so we could compare and chat -- I
thought Hellraiser I and II were good -- III was a pile of
turd if I remember rightly; V was just odd... can't remember
IV :)

totally agree about XThe man with X ray eyes..
supposedly the original version ended by him screaming he
can still see them even after he had gouged his own eyes
out?..but that was edited out to give the viewer some sort
of closure...

is this true or just a myth??
