If this is even remotely like Bo Selecta! then it must be
the most brilliant show on earth - ... guess i'll never know
though

three compared to 1 (only heard samples off 2) - is more
upbeat. Still very similar synth lines, but a more
junglist/breaks sort of percussion element to it .. good
stuff

I don't know where Mr. Bush gets his information or whether
he can be trusted, but this is the description of
astronbotnia at allmusic.com,

"Author of a series of Rephlex records whose imagination and
brilliance provoked rumors they were the work of Aphex Twin
himself, Astrobotnia was nevertheless claimed by the label
to be the work of "a new Rephlex signing," one Kristian
Richards. Released during 2001-02, the three releases
(respectively, a mini-LP, an EP, and a full LP) worked in
similar territory to braindance compatriots like Bogdan
Raczynski or Ovuca; in fact, the latter was previously fans'
best guess at the man behind the curtain. — John Bush"

Yeah, but someone on the board saw Astrobotnia live and said
it was Ovuca..

Can someone back me up here?

i remember hearing this. i also know someone who saw ovuca
live with cylob. he said astrobotnia tracks were played,
but he thought it may have been cylob playing them, but he
didn't know for sure for some reason. i don't know that i
trust allmusic.com.

definitively not Bogdan - And yes Ovuca==Astrobotnia for the
live stuffs.

Now who can tell if ovuca did the astrobotnia serie alone of
with different rephlex artists contributions...

These faceless techno-geeks are a pain in the arse. At least
you know where you are with Holly Valance.

For me Astrobtnia doesn't enough sound like an artist name -
much more like the name of compilation/soundtrack of a space
documentary.

I don't care for those stuffs - even if Moby==Astrobotnia I
would still love it.
