when i heard this clip for the first time i didn't trust my
ears...don't you think it sounds a bit like aphex twin?
there is this effect... a vocoder and something else that
modulates the volume in this freaky way...
what is this effect?

It sounds like she's (rather predictably) jumped on the
sounclash bandwagon.

She's doing the soundtrack for the new Bond movie?
Geesh...
What's next, Limp Bizkit?

nah I don't hear aphex twin in that song but I do hear her
still wanting to sound like daft punk!

as for the movie I wanna check it out cause the director did
one of my favorite movies! Once Were Wariors! it's a harsh
mauri boyz in tha hood type movie.

The song sounds like madonna trying to be young and
atractive among other more atractive artists.
Why can't madonna make a new "holiday" instead of trying to
be trendy.
Madonna = hahahahahahaha!

this exact thread (almost) was/is on the planet-mu board
also.

i kind of dislike madonna.. okej, maybe some of the old
songs are a bit funny to listen to but i hate her wierd
immage changes, they seem so totaly planed and unnatural.
like going from a total trash whore to a upperclass whore to
a budist to a fucking power girl thing or wathever she is
trying to be now..

i doubt she even had any musical input into it! you know
what they're like nowadays in pop

she's just a puppet

But madonna has actually written aloot of her tracks
together with some other dude I cant remember the name of.
But anyway," Live to tell " is on of her better songs and
she has written the ending part of the song and that part is
really good for being an 80's ballad.

Don't remember thinking of aphex though, may listen to it

Les Digitales? That's why the instrumental is so good. If
you took out Madonna singing it'd be an awesome track. Nice
string and beats.

well it was on dotmusic.com that she got AIR to produce the
next album

lets just say it she is so hard trying to be bjork
she switched to electronic after she heard homogenic then
she wants to tone it down when she heard vespertines so she
asked AIR to produce
that woman is just a marketing expert take what is good and
comercialize it for the masses
i heard the song
it sounds like her previous work produced by mirwais, if
you hear his album "production" it has so much of what she
asked him to do on her "music" album

there was an article on the aphextwin.nu that she asked RDj
to produce for her and he refused casue he wanted her to do
anima impersonations heheheheh

She constantly chooses french producers. I don't think
that's a good choice when you hear the amount of crappy
frenchy touchy house they put out in my place.

Did Bjork and Bogdan Raczynski collaborate to a song ? I
heard about this...
