REFLEX did I think, but he doesn't come here much now. I
think Windowlicker also does...

reason 2 is cool even without vst dx support. use rewire and
there u go. Reason 2 + Cubase SX is an awesome combo. The
cons are the poor sound of reason synths (and crap effects),
anyway sounds better than v1. the new synth is better imo.
and u can use vst dx in cubase for each rewire chanel reason
sends there.

yeah rewire and cubase sy, what a shit :)

it's not useful, sequencing a sequencer, floops is so much
better than r2. you're sucked if you don't use an external
host sequencer. so... r2 as a standalone app. no way.

Fruitloops 3.4 & Beatslicer and a load of VST plugins. I
also use Re-birth, Audiomulch & Buzz (when Buzz works!) I
tend to use Cooledit/soundforge/Creative wavestudio for
"post production" work.

How about you phresch?

oh Ceri JC, do you have the full version of Beatslicer ? i
mean the integrated slicer ind floops ? where i can i get
it... i already receive a dll error when open a slicer
channel with a fullcopy version .... :((

reason 2 as standalone app no way. OK.
but as virtual instrument is quite usefull.

I don't think I've managed to use my copy in floops
properly. As cumbersome as it is, I run it seperately from
floops, make loops/take samples then load those into floops
as .wavs :)

reason2 is good for 'softsynths' just rewire it to cubase
(think you can rewire to logic as well) and there you go.
reason2 does have the orkester soundbank which has a lot of
lovely high quality samples tho, but its not a
standalone...unless you have lots of good samples which have
been tweaked+fx'd before using in reason!
