Ok, probably I'm waking up in late but today I discovered
that wonderful track called Phalanx by Jega.
It has a similiar style to one of my fav afx tracks...
Arched Maid Via RDJ.

I love "ephem" on spectrum.. beautifully melancholic.. and
when that beat kicks in.. *sigh*

and I believe I am the only person in the world who really
likes "bikini ski boat".. :)

Yes, I love Phalanx. While, people here have said it's just
your run-of-the-mill dnb, I find it to be so much more!

I'm glad there's others that like this song.
Spectrum is such a grand album!

I wouldn't even categorize phalanx as dnb... not if you
compare it to intron.ix, which is "typical" dnb imo.

all those genres... fuck it :)

Phalanx has nothing to do with dnb, totally another style.

I agree that Phalanx isn't dnb. I just remember Archivial
and a few other people in his post say it was.

Nia was an awesome tune as well, probably my favorite Jega
track to date.

Phalanx is high-energy techno to me...much like Aphex's
early stuff...
