Anybody know where I can download some decent software to
convert mp3 and burn audio cd? All the free stuff I could
find was rubbish.. anything out there that actually works
properly and doesnt have some dumb limit of 5 tracks per
burn and wont cost me 100 dollars to buy?

Thanks for any advice...

MusicMatch Jukebox does this, and it's free. I don't know
about the CD burning option, because I've never tried it,
but it's there.

Thanks for the tip -v- san,

Anybody else got any other suggestions about stuff they have
used and know for sure works well...? Ideally I want
something that is really free, and not free trial with about
2,000 stipulations..

green.

i can relate to yr plight .. i have roxio but i need one
that doesn't automatically put a two second pause between
tracks! you'd think that wouldn't be too much to ask, huh?

uviol, burn disc at once rather than track at once..

Two second pause? I can live with that if it works well in
all other respects..

Can you give more details of roxio?

Thanks..

Roxio is one of the brands of CD software that comes bundled
with new CD-RW drives (It used to be called Adaptec Easy CD
Creator). You can buy it seperately, but it costs way too
much for what it is. You can download a cracked version
from Kazaa - I did that, but when I tried to use it, I found
that my CD-RW drive was not supported because it was too
old. It's a very good program, though.
