Okay.... the books are fucking awesome. A credit to the
imagination. They hold in their style and spirit what i hold
dear in braindance..... Intuition, intangible clarity,
poise, motion, dynamism, .... that RDJ and SP magic that is
unquenchable. Brainreading, i spose!!! (yikes!)

Then i saw the first movie! I always loved Kurwasawa stuff
but Lone Wolf movies are a whole different thing.......its
all bloody so Rich (eh hem)

hai?

love love love it..absolute magic..best visual story telling
in any medium in my book..have voraciously wolfed (heh) down
about 20 of the thirty Dark Horse reprint graphic novels...

btw I picked up a grat little album by Deckwrecka called V
for Vengence..this dude is heavily inspired by the Lone Wolf
mythos..the album is rife with samples from the movie and
one of the songs is actually called Ogami's Song..

it's not IDM closer to Ninja Tune DJ Shadow territory...and
some of the best scratching I have ever heard..almost gives
it a Prefuse 73 kind of stuttering hip hop feel but done
enitrely out of scratches and not..the effects rack...

i got shogun assassin on dvd a while ago.

the film was decent, half the time you couldn't even tell
what was going on because of bad camera angles.

i hear the tv series and real film series is excellent.
