right... i love this tune. Classic SP as far as i can
see.... forward momentum,
catchy and phat at the same time, melodic, snare rushes
etc.
But i love it live the web Oz-gig AND the cd version. Seems
its a great track for tweaking on the fly and thems the
tunes i make and love. Okay you can do that with any sound
of course but its the heightened sense of potential SP
brings to it, the know'what'the'origional was like aspect,
the fucking energy given to the live experience. Its the
rock n "rock n roll" spirit ........ loves it!!!!

yes! and i love the references in there to musique
concrete!! wink wink nudge etc

;)

like this track a lot i must say, not as much as kill robok
but it's a cool shortish song of which there are too little
these days

I like the start, it's manic and exciting... but the track
doesn't GO anywhere! It reaches its nadir within the first
minute, I usually skip the rest.

the live CD seems a bit crap, just go plastic played over a
PA and the occasional scream. Aphex is still the king live,
in my humble opinion, but i might be seeing vsnares next
week :)

holy shite, go see venetian snares! I saw him when he came
to LA at the smell. now THAT is a show! He got up and people
were cheering and there was this one ass that booed at him
and he flipped him off and threw beer on him. He was
headbanging to hard breakcore madnesS. Great show, if you
can, see him live

just listen to SP alive with headphones and enjoy the
energy. Ok its all GP stuff..... but it´s the energy man,
the energy. The guy is streching stuff out beyond the
ability of the brain to cope.

On the surface..... it´s "but he´s just arsing around with
a couple of channels"..... But thats what it is. You ever
play a song you composed like that and styrecth stuff
out?... its a buzz....
As for Angstrong going nbowhere.... well i reckon its a
twrack suited to the live experience and it was slapped on
the album cos "THIS IS THE SONG I´VE BEEN DOING LIVE AND
HERE IS THE STUDIO VERSION..... "
