I have to write a paper on one of Hamlet's soliloquy's. im chose the first one,
"O, that this too, too sullied flesh would melt, thaw, and resolve itself into a dew, or that the everlasting had not fixed his canon 'gainst (self-slaughter!)" and he goes on and on. its beaitiful, but papers suck dick!

i just saw the play in downtown anchorage today! i haven't even read the story before, but i prolly should a few times to get a lil better understanding of it. it was a bit modernized, but the acting was very well done.

It has been a relaxing 3 years since my last Hamlet paper - may such good fortune continue. Hamlet has been through enough tragedy without being dissected by 5 million students annually.

Of course, it's striking, but it makes me very uncomfortable to work with because every word of it has been expounded on, counted, and turned inside out so many times that there's nothing new (at least that's remotely reasonable) I can possibly add, and nothing that hasn't been done to death. Like working with the Inferno, or the Iliad or Beowulf.
