if someone can help me with the GIFS avatars, i'e got these
programs
photoshop
corel draw7
movie shaker
corel painter
infrant view
with these i can't manage to reduce the animation size, if i
do and download it, it only downloads a picture of it...it
really annoying please tell me step to step

Get Ulead Gif Animator.
Very easy program.
There you can compress the file size and picture size etc.
I think i downloaded my version on kazaa , don't use kazaa
anymore tho , to much spyware.

I used to have really big ones but Phobiazero has redused
the size limit now =(

Try filesharing services like Morpheus and Kazaa.
These programs contains spyware so you shuld also download
Ad Aware (scans your drives and removes spyware)
www.lavasoft.de

Or you could do it the old fashioned way , go to uleads
homepage and download a demo version and then search the web
for a crack or a serial key.
