long long time ago I used to make music with my Amiga 500.
4 tracks 8 bit mono shiznit. When I made the transition to
fasttracker, I deleted all my tracks on the backup discs for
games.

fortunetely my cousin had copies some songs, I've made a
remake of 1 of them.

check out : "Amiga 500"

Not up to actually downloading that and listening to it
right now... but Amiga 500, yeah. I can relate to that.
Lurve my Amiga.

Just been out and dancing my ass of to some hardcore d&b.
Progressivly faster, and after 3 hours I realised that I was
in need of some serious excercise. Only thing it lacked was
one of the dj's dropping wap155.

I'll check it out tommorow.

v-snares first outing on wax was also an amiga

protracker ,only some cosmetic changes.

Yo anyone else had a listen?

d/l it now...
yeah I used to own a Amiga500..about 15 years ago..hehe so
obviously themusic I made on it then wasnt drill'n'bass..as
drill'n'bass...wasnt even a notion in anyone's head then...
back then I was using it..(not tracking but a 4 track
scoring software sadly cant remember the name of it) to
create my umpteenth rip off of the Depeche Mode
track.."PIMPF"...man I was obssessed with that track...

hmm..beatwork is very good...but the other parts are like
barely audible...

offline kluizenaar from Netherlands Antilles on 2002-10-06 14:56 [#00394555]

thanks for listening flea,....yeah drill & bass didn't exist
in it's genre name back then,..but I made the
drumprogramming at 196 BPM in 1997.

True about the other things "hardly" noticable,.this track
is ment to be played at very high volume for the right
agrresive emotion :-)
