well, the discussion of telling people to browse all the
topics before posting a new one, has been gone over and over
before.

So hes repeating himself, and thus becoming a hypocrite.

Before you go around telling people to check topics so they
dont repeat themselves... check to make sure that there
werent any topics already telling people not to start
topics without browsing the old ones first.
