I've suffered from just before my 22nd birthday. I had to
give up drugs, cigarettes, having a good time, and coffee
for them

They rule my life

i find when i get stressed, my breathing becomes a bit more
difficult, but i have never really had trouble controlling
myself from a panic attack.

key to stopping/controlling a panic-attack is
concentration.

could be watching a film, writing something, listening to
something.

for myself, I can't really watch a film, I get swamped. I
do, however, listen to spokenword shows..

I used to have a lot of trouble with them, guess I still do.
I've been too stressed lately. Different people have given
me all sorts of advice on how to deal with them, from
obvious practical things to almost bizarre treatments. One
doctor gave me some 'special stones' to tie to my wrists,
which he said effected veins in a way that was naturally
soothing. Maybe I should give that another chance.

When I get them (about once a month, funny enough), they are
pretty horrible. The leave me emotionally fucked after too.

Um no, I've been too stressed to type clearly. I meant I
had control of it for while, but they came back again due to
stress.
