concerning :any felow australians who own foxtel.
channel FOX8 - in between programs and ad's on this channel,
there are short promotions for fox8 with people laughing
behind the fox8 logo.

my concern is that when these promotions come on it sounds
like windowlicker is playing in the background.

does anyone else notice this

Ha! someone else has noticed it! I always thought it sounded
aphex like.. but couldnt pick what it was. Must listen
