anyone heard (downloaded) kool g rap's latest album? it was recorded for rawkus in 2000-2001, leaked in early 2002, and supposedly is being released in 2003 (with some new tracks being recorded now). "first nigga (dj premier remix)" is really good. |

I got First Nigga from the Rawkus website months ago - liked it very much :) He's like the James Caan of rap - very good, but for some reason overlooked. Or somet'ing like dat. |

good question, the answer is i dunno!!!!! ask g rap: koolgrap@rawkus.com (just kidding) mos promised us a new solo album in spring of this year and new black star in late fall, neither are going to happen. black jack johnson isn't even coming out till 2003... |

Sam Giacanna= Famous chicago gangster. Supossed to have been helping Kennedy to be elected president on Sinatras request. Sinatra and Giacanna shared the same misstress Patti Mcguire. Im gonna check that album out , i enjoy Kool G rap very much but i don't think i have ever heard any of his own stuff. Only guest aperances on other peoples songs like MOP's "stick to ya gunz" where he does a impresive job , almost as he is not breathing while rapping. |

Kool G Rap is the don of dons, his flow is flawless. One of my favourite rappers of alltime. The leaked album could have been better, im gald they adding some tracks :) NEW Prodcution by The RZA, Alchemist, a new Primo beat and the Neptunes :) |

"guns blazing" Hell Yeah!!! I love that track! Did you know that the big drum break was taken from a Zappa track? They (unkle) didn't add much distortion , the break was that loud from the begining hehe! |

Arch: can't go wrong with that team of producers... Sido: yea i downloaded the original zappa song, shit is bonkers! very rugged and raw for an old track. i'm surprised more producers haven't sampled the drums. |
