People who say violent video games contribute to the rising crime rates in society are idiots. Violent video games provide alternate 3D environments where people can vent out all their sadistic fantasies, thereby decreasing their need to act it out in real life. Now there just needs to be a game where you can run over George W. Bush's face with a lawn mower and I'll be set.
