my girlfriend had oatmeal with honey, protein powder,
raisins, and a bit of salt...but she's gonna start using
maple syrup instead 'cause it has more nutritional value
than honey does

and i'm probably just going to have a piece of pizza...i
think that it has more nutritional value than eating just

you are a fascinating guy clipper - i just made myself a big
bowl of chilli and now i'm bloated - very easy food to make
