pole is real fucking good. try '3', it's his best. every
track.

for a single track, try the first one off '1'.

Wow..i don't know what to say. monolake is AWESOME! I have
had his cinamascope or whatever cd and that is awesome
stuff. not as complicated or organic as autechre of course
but still good. and pole is like weird cause he has this
project which consists of three cds. they all share the
same basic 3 or 4 samples ... but he uses them differently.
the bass is practically the same on every song. its still
good. i havn't hear his R cd yet

Pole is amazing, I have to disagree with Cortex I think that
'R' is his best work. Groovy minimal tech-dub.

Also check out Pole - 2 (red one) which is my favourite of
the 1,2,3 series.

'R' is very good too. but it sounds different from pretty
much all the other stuff he made though. his other 3 albums
are much more similar. 'R' has a very refreshing sound,
even if the album is basically composed of variations on the
same track (Raum).
