Thanx to Phobiazero who helped me to discover the beautiful
music and electronic melodies of Bola.
The albums called Soup and Fyuti are amazing. Sometime the
sound remember me the beautiful melodies of Amber by
Autechre.

Tell me your opinion about Bola.

I have an e.p. called Mauwer - or something - its fantastic!
Cool rap and sophisticated music. I like all the stuff I've
heard by this guy....

Hey mates, try the Fyuti experience... believe me... it's an
album with ambient melodies and good electronic sounds.
Totally different from the harsh and rumorous style of
Gantzgraf or Confield by Autechre but nearest to the
melodies of Amber, etc...

IMHO, Bola's Soup is beyond reproach. And my lady friends
seem to like it :). Perfect music for lovin'.

However, right now I'm not feelin' the
"chill-spacey-ambient" vibe. Also I don't currently have a
girlfriend. So I don't listen to Bola anymore.

1st. Because his sound remember me the Amber' style but
could be near to BoC style too.

2nd. For help ppl who doesn't know Bola to understand better
if they could like it or not. It's only a comparison.

Yeah I understand what you mean, anyway I like to alternate
soft anc chill music as Bola, BoC, etc... with the acid of
Universal Indicator Series or drill'n'bass of Go Plastic or
the mechanical sound of Confield, I like to change everyday
my fav music.

speaking of go plastic...
do you have "morning" or "evening" music?
i like to listen to go plastic when i've just waked up.
it's kinda moods thing.

I listen to Go Plastic when i wake up too, sometimes. Other
times I'll listen to VI Scose Poise. When I go to sleep, it
varies. Sometimes it's John Coltrane or Eno's ambient
albums. Just depends.

I have Bola Soup - quite like it.
Woofer do you understand the significance of it being called
Soup?

i've got fyuti, mauver and the pae paoe single, and they're
all quite good actually. organic, timeless and powerful.

the meanings are:
bola + soup = bowl of soup
bola + ks = bollocks
bola + mauver = bowl them over

bola + pae paoe = bowl of paper
