 | Maybe somebody's mentioned him, maybe not.....
Do any of you own (or have heard) any of Frank Z's
synclavier work.....the Boulez album, 'Mother's of
Prevention', or especially, his last work (while alive),
 "Civilization Phaze III".....

They're electronic, no later than '93, and about 10 years
 ahead of there time.

It took me 5 years just to get comfortable listening to
'Phaze III'.....orchestral samples up the wazoo, he exploits
extremely odd time signatures (and chord changes)....your
brain doesn't know what to do....

 Just thought I'd mention it....

 | Um, Pat Metheny was using the synclavier in 1983... But I don't really know exactly what you are talking about.

 | i like Legos there should be a Zappa lego dude with prostate cancer and
 everything
remember Ahmet Zappa;s short part in Children of the Corn IV
 or was it V
but anyway he was duct-taping blow up dolls to posts along
the roadside that he and his friends were travelling upon
 until some kid got him
he shoulda lasted till the end
coz he was the most entertaining thing in the movie
