I usually have some frozen chilli con carne in the freezer. And what I do sometimes is to pour the hot chilli mix over doritos or nachos, sprinkle cheese on it, and grill for two minutes!! Mmm...mmmm.mmmm |

i've been makin these things alot lately called Big Erics. i get a slice of toast, put tuna on, mix mayo & relish and apply to tuna, put a slice of swiss cheese on, and zap it in the microwave for about a minute. presto! |
