the past couple of years i have seen that with a lot of people including myself. Number of outbursts rising and apologies made after. And its mostly the same factors that favour it, like less health, less sleep. Id throw in a bit of stress and worries about the future/present for good measure. We´re lucky to be as reflective. Be assured you´re good, trust the ones around you. |
