my rapper went out for five minutes for a pack of cigs and came back with a broken ankle. i broke my toe and so i feel for the man, but he really did a number, if he doesn't take care of it he could lose the foot! but we're in the penthouse suite in the dmz and now he's in bed and he was depressed before he did his ankle in and the dog was pooping in her crate. alma dog is a 3yo pitbull, not the brightest, but a genuine sweetie pie, just a nice happy doggo. now essentially my dog. i've always wanted a dog and out of all the chaos it's weird and nice this shows up. but we need some work here. now that we're up to speed on proper walkies again a bath is upcoming how will i manage this |

the dog is perfect now because it gets ME out for walkies. my rapper was always #$&#* stop pulling! but my style is an unyielding arm and communicating thru leash tug if we're going ADHD doggo on something. simply by being consistent about it [something her previous minder cannot manage] she's getting the idea and i'm starting to let her set the pace and she's taking me for light runs and this is clever. the dog's cardio can drag mine along behind it, yes |

my indian clubs, suitably, are lost inindiana. indianclubsinindiana. but i had those things for so many years, i find i can actually train with the ghosted imagined afterimage they've carved. and learn to be adaptable. there are barbells here using those yes my walks are now a strange mix of cigarette smoking, dog leashing, dog interrupting, shuffle dancing, all somehow in sync to j-core |
