No. That won't connect with the kids. You got a lot to say
and you need the right delivery method.

It can only be a long form video documentary. Lot of dutch
angle zoom ins with heavy orange and turquoise filtering.
You walking down the street with ska punk playing in the
background. Interviews with the friend you kicked out
because he smoked some of your cigs. A few words about
autism and how you most certainly "dont have it." A few
minutes of you making music, but don't go too far in that
direction, the world isn't ready.

you fucking sack of complete shit. this guy was my best
friend for almost ten years and i didn't kick him out
because, like, simply that. it was because the person he
used to be would never have done something like that, he'd
turned into a fucking bastard, i miss my friend very much
and as far as i am concerned that person is dead and gone.
all that's left now is a sketchy asshole leveraging old
times to try and con me out of shit and THAT is why i kicked
him out. he'd barely spoken to me for a year and then
suddenly he's inconvenienced because his upstairs neighbors
set off the sprinklers and now his fucking apartment no
longer suits him and he remembers i exist after a year and
shows up and i'm like "well you're just staying for a bit
while that settles out" and he's all "no i'm cancelling me
lease and moving in with you because you're a fucking
schmuck and i can take advantage of you" and 48 hours later
i'm pacing around after him chewing him out until he gets
his shit and gets THE FUCK OUT OF MY LIFE the piece of crap.

I know u don't like apologies much, but I thought it was
just a small joke (yes, completely at your expense). I
understand how it feels to lose a long term friend, I didn't
realize the extent of the situation. Like, I actually forgot
that guy was the fabled Lewis. So take it or leave it but
I'm sorry.

Most of the ways people change is for the worse. Everyone's
at their best in their early 20s. That's when afx made
drukqs

i wouldn't usually give non-zero odds that i'll kill myself
before the end of the year.

my 20s are long gone. i loved lewis very much in a bro way
and i no longer have a bestie and in fact he's become a
fucking piece of shit and i've had to cut him out of my
life. no one would buy me a tape machine and i quit music on
the internet. recycle seems like a good person on the
surface, but that's all there is, he has no depth, he's just
a veneer. i don't even know what use an apology from you is
when everything is so ugly. all i really cared about was
clocking you for trivializing this shit. cunt

Yeah. I get it. If I had known I'd strike such a nerve, I
simply wouldn't have made the joke, full stop. Not much more
to say on it, other than obviously I hope things turn around
and you can find your way to having a series of good days.

akamai bought out linode and raised prices 20% across the
board on servers that were overkill so i just deleted
everything. 1and1/ionos is pulling the shit with legacy php
while raising prices and trying to bill me for three months
at once so fuck them too. that takes out pretty much all my
web shit. in a few months i've saved more money than has
come in through bandcamp in the last few years put together,
thanks.

the tape machine thing was like: alright, this is not
commercial success material and i have made my peace with
this. however, i have put tens of thousands of dollars,
years of my life into it, and then i just upload it to the
internet for free. and i'm starting to get annoyed. doesn't
someone have a 16 track gathering dust in a corner they'd be
happy to get rid of? essentially, fine, i'll scrape by with
rent and time and pay for most of the gear myself but a 16
track tape would open up a whole universe i have so many
ideas and if you like it send fucking equipment on long-term
loan so i can go further with it

and then everyone just treats that as a joke and alright why
upload it anymore
