so the , er, ep. cheyboygan, i made that in a bit over an hour after having not touched the machines in months (moody, really). i did a take, and it wasn't there, i went out, took a walk, did another take, that's the recording. but then octothad, also lots of walking, the rest of the tracks on this are just messing about but those two, perfect walking grooves, very much that's where i was with these and i've been lugging this albatross aircast around for weeks, and going out with it sometimes, it's really changed my walking cadence and $20 says we'll get at least a few tracks based on the off-kilter boot cadence -- once i finally get back to the gear; before i acclimate back to normal walking |

i've done all sorts of other things, or at least moved on them, like with broken foot, my bedroom setup with a pi 4 has kind of spiderwebbed out and at this point i've gotten a beatstep pro plugged into it and i dunno, linux shit, by the time this works, my foot will be healed, but i like the concept enough to see it through anyways |

how do you divest your speakers? i have proper monitors up in the attic, dumpy desktops with a sub in the office, a mash of leftovers in the living room on a receiver, and then i saved the second best for the bedroom and it's, um, cambridge soundworks, essentially end of the line for a very proper company, sounds better than it has any right to. and i've fussed endlessly with the 2 of the 2.1 with some tables and propstands and i have just the best stereo immersion ever when i'm in bed. it was mostly for watching ST:TNG but yeah this will work for tunes |
