scientifically? no
culturally? a little bit.
its changing though,
lots pro sport athletes go vegan these days.
and why shouldnt they? lots of food contains more protein
than meat, while meat on the other hand seems to contain
lots of bad stuff. its a logical step if you want to max out
your body. and if youre one of those whey shake dudes, you
can have that made from anything non dairy, purerly veggie
for the same price or less. in any case meat and dairy is a
detour, feeding them first what you could use yourself to
build up your muscle. go figure!

with Moby i can never not think about this and
cringe a bit

i guess i should relisten his music, though. i really used
to listen to Play (before it was famous!). right now my
opinion is that is kinda bad or weak sampling, of older
stuff, where Daft Punk, for instance, does that more
brilliantly.

I very rarely eat meat but sometimes give in, then I say a
little prayer or two.

Go! was/is such a great track.
To quote a member of Autechre: “leave Moby alone!”

nooo. pretty sure moby himself has said it only got popular
after he sold the tunes for commercials. must have gotten
popular at least 6 months after release.

besides Go! there's also that track that's featured in the
movie Heat

he's like "i choose to keep believing my version of things"
and "(having the emotional maturity of a teenage boy in my
early fifties is just charming, right?)"

Vegan is definitely not gay, remember vegans don't eat Meat.
;-)

Vegans are cool imo, I respect them, I don't eat Meat nor
fish, but cant stop eating eggs, drink Milk, cheese. Or
drink beer. Life is tough being a vegan.

I eat Low-Carb/Keto and thus my diet consistsof plenty of
meat ans seafish. Its antithetical to veganism in a moral
sense, however i would say whats most important is what is
healthy and what raises your quality of life.
