i have a multi-lingual dictionary i acquired for sub-quid levels at a used book store. and, heck, it's been a while "remarkable" and it's something like: f: remarqable s: notable p: notáble i: notevole g: bemerkenswert r: dfjlgjdlkfgjlkdfgjlk that, i love this. french, spanish, portugese, italian; if you asked me to trollishly guess the word, this is more or less what i'd come up with. all jokes have a kernel of poop. or was it truth? i forgot german, though. bemerkenswert ~ ace, i love it. it even sounds like "remarkable" but it's absurdly silly and german and gives me the giggles. google translates it as "notable" but i suspect the dictionary is right; this is a bit stronger, more... remarqable meanwhile, russian is just always smashing the keyboard, and while my keyboard smashing may look like russian, i suspect i'm quite far off in my transmutation, here |
