hi there. i am working as a trainee in some computer company and.. they are close to kick me out, because i always come late, or pretend to be ill.. but today, i brought stupidity to a whole new level: i came at 12:00 (normal time would be 9:00) and said, i was seeing the doctor, so i am coming at 12:00. of course i was NOT at some doctor, but at home. sleeping. the problem is, that my boss wants to see a confirmation from the doc now. yep. and now i will have to tell him, that i lied to him. and they will probably kick me out. congratulate me ;) luzid |

why congratulate? i fucking hate having to go to work in fact there arent many people i know who enjoy getting up for the misery of work but we still have to. besides-you should be grateful- a) that you have a job b) you are a trainee-you may not enjoy your job, it may not be what you want right now but at least for the time being YOU have prospects. sorry mate but it hardly deserves respect... |

tasos: well, normally i would go to my boss, tell him that i am a little bit mentally ill (which is true). so, noone believes me that i feel bad, so i have to make up stories like "i was seeing the doctor".. but.. i think he _will_ kick me out. and that would be bad, because i will finish my trainee in 2 months.. and getting fired 2 months before finish, is really bad ;) plus, my mother will kill me ;) i think i will bring all my music equipment, computers, and other stuff to a friends house, so i can leave home for some months if it gets too weird there.. ah damn, i suck ;) |

mortsto: no, he won't. because: my boss wants a piece of paper, with the following text: "mr. luzid has been seeing mee between 11:00 and 12:30 today. dr. zoidberg, 24.4.2002" so, if i go to the doctor now, he will only give me a paper with the wrong timestamp. i have two choices: a) tell the truth, that i am always feeling bad, so i stay home or come late b) tell "i will get that paper" and then hope, my boss will forget that. both are not really satisfying :/ so, please vote: [ ] tell truth [ ] wait until he forgets ;) luzid luzid |
