brown loaf?

crusty cob?
gluten free?
baguette?

I used to love real fresh-made baguette, now I'm reduced to
whatever gluten-free crap is available if I want bread. At
least M&S do semi-decent gluten/dairy-free sandwiches until
they run out at 11.01am.

yeah my gf thinks i might have a gluten intolerance as my
stomach seems to swell up after I eat bread which is a
shame, as I love a nice fresh loaf or something like that

some oil oil or some parma ham or something on it

there's a place near us that makes insane baguettes, so
crispy and light. I make sourdough when I have the energy.

Bread Rocks

dont get me started on bread.
bakeries took my favourite breads out of their shelves so
many times in the last couple of years. it really depressed
me. they were lovely and wholesome.

love any kinds of bread though,
from mixed flours, especially spelt which gives such a sweet
taste, rye. give it to me strong and juicy to sticky, with a
huge crust full of roasting aroma and or lots of seed on it.
sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seed. those go with anything from
peanut butter to jelly. cheese or cutlery or scrambled
eggs.
or a full brown bread that seemingly consists of nothing but
seeds to put some soft cheese, camenbert and/or fliud orange
honey on it.

i wish i called this "the thread of bread" more
poetic

dog_belch/Steinvordhosbn/Dan once wrote a poetry piece about
my username, you can read it in my profile. in case you're
too busy or too lazy to do the clicks:

Oh bread! Simple
yet life sustaining.
Oh bread! On
your own or combined
with other things.
Oh Bread! Add fire
and you are toast
Oh Bread! White or
brown? Oh Bread! I
know which you
prefer. Oh bread!
You dirty bastard.
