those caves full of vitage gear.

hey leave him alone he just wants to make music

Since WW2 America has just been exerting neo-colonialism in
almost every country. Financing certain groups and then when
it backfires (ala osama bin laden) they just pull out and
leave it all to cave in. Look at america's involvement in
bolivia, its blackmailed the country into stopping cocaine
production (the USA is the main buyer) and the country is in
economic turnoil. Did you know that Enron donated a large
amount of money quite recently to the Taliban before it was
deposed so it could tap its resources?

ALL I'M FUCKING SAYING IS THAT IT WASN'T MISTRANSLTED!

I am very skeptical, and I'm not opposed to the idea that
Osama is actually a crazy who just says he did it (there are
always wierd innocent people claiming they are responsible
when bombs or terrorism is involved). I'm not opposed to
the idea that it was acted either.

Grinningcat, nothing you said means the video wouldn't have
been correctly translated.

My post wasn't a reply to yours, it was a general feeling I
had about the response to the video. I also don't think it
was mistranslated.

more dodgy than watching the

i cant wait till his new video comes out

I'm not talking about getting a correctly translated video
on the internet, but you would have heard that it was
mistranslated by now. Word would flow, simple as that. The
U.S. has sneakier methods. Osama is probably some nut who
talks shit if what Marlowe said is true.

mistranslated?..perhaps not..misconstrued..very much so..my
Arabic is not that fluent but there were a lot of
abbreviations and summations going on in the
translation..plus the footage was so obviously cut up and
spliced together..it was not just a matter of something
being out of context..but more like there was a preplanned
context and the footage was re-edited around it..The words
are only a minor part of communication..the rest is
intonnation, gestures, body language etc..it's safe to say
that 90% of the western world are totally ignorant of an
Arabs body language and vocal fluctuations...what kept being
referred to as an Evil Laugh as Osama supposedly described
the planes crashing into the building was not a laugh at
all..and when he talked about knowing about strutural damage
supposedly damned him in the eyes of so many..well..the man
is a civil engineer..and a terrorist and a weapons
/explosives expert.....

but all of that is besides the point....

Why hasnt the CIA been able to catch him yet?
Maybe because they dont want to..same as they didnt want to
even with ample oppertunities eliminate Saddam..

you know why?..because they are worth far more to the US
alive..just as with Iraq it was an excuse to carry on a
campaign of slaughter for another decade knocking them back
into stone age..giving ample business and outlets for the
Military/Industrial infrastructure...
Osama is the next red flag and red herring which is going to
pop up anywhere and everywhere the next US millitary action
is devised to secure the nations capitalistic and financial
interests...
What I find the most hilareous out of all of this is the
American media who go on endlessly about this dictatorial
regime and that totalitarian state..refusing to see why some
of the people would be willing to submit some of their
freedoms if it meant end of constant wars and lawlessness
(Taliban being torelated by Afghans for momentary no matter
how brutal stability is the classic example)..
and now after 9/11..just one incident as compared

decades of slaughter these "backward" countires have to
suffer the civil liberties in the US have been knocked back
to the 50's and Macarthyism..with full support of the
"enlightened" American media..

holy shit the paranoia and hipocracy of america right now is
just ridiculus

the governments just using exagerated threats to justify..
well anything they want to, now

now they will be able to get away with anything

whats that? france is training terrorists?
*BOOM*

whats that? we need 400 billion dollars worth of new fighter
jets? (and the money just happens to go to a good friend of
mine?)
*CH-CHING*

gee, we could sure make a lot of dough if we were fighting a
big, never-ending war. we just need some enemies now.. how
bout an 'Axis of evil', made up of 3 countries that have
nothing to do w/ each other?
ya, that will do
then we will just PRE-emptively defend outselves...

wait a sec.. is that allowed under international law?
WHO CARES!
we ARE the international law!

-us government

Osama may have done it, the vedio may have been fabricated,
Osama is definately fucked, but so are the US's destructive
policies.... but the most important thing in all this is
that Osama is very mis-guided with his understanding of
Islam and is simply full of shit...civilians are not allowed
to be killed even if ur enemy is too powefull to defeat u
shouldn't resort to attacking innocents, Osama and ppl like
him don't represnt Islam...

The problem with islam is that it isn't just a few of the
"lunatic fringe" that want to kill people not of their faith
(like the few "Christians" in northern ireland who use it as
an excuse to kill people with different views), the
extermination of other faiths is an intrinsic part of the
muslim belief.
