the first track is by Vangelis, forgot the name.

1. Vangelis: ?/Pen Expers
2. Glitch
3. ?
4. ?
5. ?
6. ? (one of my favorite Ae tracks ever though)
7. CCEC
8. ?
9. Bike
10. Gelk
11. ?
12. ?
14. Blifil/Microphone Fiend (forgot who the artist of
Microphone Fiend was)
15. ?
16. ?
17. Second Bad Vilbel
18. Geakwad
19. ?
20. ?
21. ? (another true original though)

recored off the board. luckily enough i was at the show.
much better than their normal live stuff (for Confield
anyway).

the tracks may be cut up strangly or some thrown together as
one but i just wrote it up by how many actually different
songs there were. the Vangelis thing and Pen Expers are
mixed together throughout the track. same for Blifil and Mic
Fiend.

is there any knowledge of the name of what's played in
"Autechre - Live in Manchester - Ae 5"? or if they played it
anywhere else.. much appreciated.

i'm going to update myself and say that you're right there
are 18 tracks. i skipped track 13 above (not on purpose),
track 11 and 12 are one track cut into two. and i would say
that 15 and 16 are probably the same way as 15 is only like
20 seconds or something. i worked it out to 1 hour 38 min.
so yah.

sorry for bringing this old topic back to the top...

but I just downloaded this show the other day. it's really
fantastic. thing is - the volume (loudness?) of the
different tracks seem to vary a lot. some sound really load
while during others I really need to turn up the volume to
hear.

can anyone confirm this? or is it just _my_ files that are
crappy?

"6. ? (one of my favorite Ae tracks ever though)"

which one is that in the mp3's? i know, seems obvious -
"track 6 dumbass!" - but all the coachella mp3's are 2 discs
- 1: 12 tracks, 2: 6 tracks - which don't add to 21. so your
tracks are divided differently... if it's one of Ae's best
songs i'd really like to hear it (again.. saw 'em live in dc
in 2001). can you give me the time length? the one i'm
downloading (track 6 of the 18 track set) is 5:10.

Netlon - I cancelled my downloads from you... I found this
great little software called MP3Gain that actually makes
MP3's sound the same level. And not just by normalizing them
- this software is smarter than that!

Check it out:

first track?

all the unknown songs they play live really points to the
fact that an Ae boxed set is in order. i've read interviews
where they've said the same thing RDJ says, that they record
just tons of tracks for each album and narrow it down to the
best 10 or so.
