hi. after the sad termination of the warp messageboard, the
'commers got spread out across the internet on various
forums. i've been mostly on the ninja forum lately myself.
any former warpcommers in here ?

I know Cell sometimes comes in here, along with Chris
Ochre.

I also talk regularly with Evil Taxicab, and Navigator D!,
as well as TiPO occasionally.

Novation also comes in here under the name Eric Hard Jams

There are a few other refugees.

hi, evil taximister and squarelicker. most of the old
warpcommers are, as i said, over at ninjatune.net, trying to
keep things as they were, with the monkey, cheese and cunt
threads. not much has happened since the warp shutdown...

and to b3n: it got closed for a number of reasons; mainly
because too many were just talking shit, and even joking
about the death of one warp records founders. there's
probably more reasons too (smokehammer etc.)...

can any of you maybe give me some advice in the fennesz vs.
oval topic ? i'm on a glitch tip at the moment...

"and even joking
about the death of one warp records founders."

Damn that's nasty :(

offline joakim from Norway on 2002-04-13 15:47 [#00171817]
Points: 327 Status: Lurker

yeah it is. incredibly tasteless and mean. no wonder
everything got shut down.

offline Chris Ochre on 2002-04-13 15:57 [#00171828]
Points: 570 Status: Lurker

Damn, I didn't know about that. That is very inconsiderate.
And there I was thinking it had been shut down due to too
much talk of cheese and 'I don't get it'!

offline joakim from Norway on 2002-04-13 16:06 [#00171833]
Points: 327 Status: Lurker

yeah, there was a ridiculous amount of cheese and monkey
talk going on.

still...

cheese and monkey talk?
What do you mean? of topic threads?
There's a lot of that here to.

offline joakim from Norway on 2002-04-13 16:15 [#00171840]
Points: 327 Status: Lurker

yeah :o)

"what's your favourite cheese ?", "take the quiz! what
cheeze are you ?" that sort of thing.

it was quite funny at first...

that silly old forum. Dissin' Newbies for no reason
whatsoever. Talking cheese and monkeys all day,Making Cylob
feel small!

It was sooo funny when everyone was giving Cylob some shit
and he said 'right I'm off' and PAULINE replied--'GOOD, FUCK
OFF' It's really sad that I'm quoting this and it doesn't
read funny but I soiled my knickers that day.

Those Photoshop tips really helped, I went on a night school
photoshop course one time that was full of people 65+ that
kept talking about 'these new fangled machines' and 'the
future'? I lasted 20 minutes.

so thanks again.

i think it is a shame that the warp board is dead. all the
stupidness aside i made some good connections. it's a shame
the powers at warp lost their spine and couldn't handle some
peoples sense of humour.
