im pretty sure its at least pretty shitty for everyone being
taken over and over and over again and i dont see the
taliban improving the situation for any citizen there even
if that was the end of the story in terms of war/civil
war/war on terror. i got to know a young afghani at a
workplace, who walked to germany. from afghanistan. walked.
crossing i dont know how many borders being completely on
his own sometimes within groups. no food, no money, no
shelter. made me think it must have been pretty shitty over
there, whichever part he came from. he has an unfixable knee
injury and limps.

i am thinking. in high school... kind of bothering me. i
think it might have been risk, but there are a zillion
variations like, lord of the rings editions. and i'm not
sure. and it was really about a chess move between a cluster
of nebulous entities. we'd do one move per day and people
would literally meet in the hallways on the sly and cut
backstabbing side-deals. keeping it to one move a day was
brilliant, because it utterly ensured it would be a slow
machiavellian thing, no matter how it turned out. there was
no bile, we were all just having fun... but really was kind
of a play theatre for the real fing

yo, prussia. can we talk? i have a proposition for you. that
someone who's, i dunno, we're not hardcore friends, but we
get along, hang out. but he's not speaking to me as me. he's
speaking to me as i am currently prussia, and he's looking
to ditch one alliance for another

i get this sense about afghanistan. pakistan is pretty crap,
but the US kind of cares about india, and i think pakistan
is still a nuclear power. afghanistan is next to iran and
obviously the US doesn't want to cede turf, for power
purposes. then you have that giving iran afghanistan gives
them a reasonable basis to pull a rush and pwn the straight
of hormuz, at which point they can jump off onto much else.

i get the feeling iran is too crap to hold much beyond a tad
of afghanistan without the help of numerous allies. and
that's where it gets more interesting/worrying

but i'm just some idiot speculating geopolitics on the
internet.

The two countries are economically interconnected as
Afghanistan has traditionally been the primary destination
for Iran's non-oil exports.
According to some reports, the volume of trade in hard
currency transferred to Iran from Afghanistan has amounted
to around $5 million each day, which has significantly
plummeted in recent days.

Pertinently, Iran's currency has lost over 700% of its value
against the U.S. dollar since 2018 when the former U.S.
administration of Donald Trump reinstated sanctions on
Tehran.

i say it here because i felt it coming out over there ~

e.g. via controlling afghanistan, US dipped its beak into
iran's flow. via letting the AFG get FCK.D.^ they've said
fuck it, we don't need that, scorched earth shit

if i were a citizen of thee afg, what i would find most
insulting of all is the premise that the US talks like it
always gave a shit in the first place when it gets up on the
mic. it was always a proxy oil pawn and tv news sold it to
all the voters with emotion about terrorism

the more i watch it unfold, the more i think: why, yes, i do
suspect that this was done, and done in this way, in order
to destabilize the region.

Afghan migrants trapped for weeks in woods because of
Poland and Belarus standoff

Poland weighs declaring state of emergency on Belarus
border amid migrant surge

yeah was talking to mum about this the other day, I think
she thought I was messing around, Did you hear about the
burn pits they had during the Iraq war, if they was like a
lorry that cost 100 grand and it had like a slight broken
window, they would just push it into the burn pit, and order
a new one on the tax payer, i think they were encouraged to
do it
