now that we're thru chiding Tony for being Sloppy, let's examine this more thoroughly i, also, had not heard of google duo until recently. the only reason i heard of it, months ago, was because of some 2fA app, also called Duo, that i was googling. now, suddenly, you are also aware of it. i've known about it for, oh, six months. you -- just now. according to wiki, it launched in 2016, more or less. why now? what triggered the threshold? will it bust over into your auntie's consciousness next? these things fascinate me. in a giggly way |

Last I checked skype was owned (which means they use their kleptocracy warchest to absorb anything innovative or competitive until it's all "google" now called alphabet, literally describing itself as the entire alphabet) by North Kor-ebay, the same corporation that asks personal questions about your relatives in popups before you're allowed to sell as surveillance masquerading as security, the same corporation that weaponized and rigged its user rating system and returns policy, monopolizing every dime of profit, making 10% of an item resold 11 times thus owning more than the cost of the item, and turning all ecommerce entrepreneurship into profitless slavery. So I wouldn't use skype, it probably has weaponized viruses. and all these other corporations with shill ceo puppets are all the same mafia pretending to be in free market competition.
