Was this example below a one off? sting " you cant keep missing" ex world no.1, now no.2 in the world " you can, you can" (sounds like he knows he can) still playing in this years world championship. |

wow, first red miss, I did not know that. i notice they have computer game horses that people bet on too. poor old men go in the shops with what money they have left from their pension, they sit down and bet on horse races which are simulations all linked on a network across the many betting shops. So all the computer has to do is calculate which horse need win so the shops earn the most and enough people win to attract them back ....its quite sick really. |

all these sport events use to be sponsored by cigarettes now its online betting shops. imagine the amateur snooker circuit , one of these bet shop sharks talks to a kid obviously with immense talent, in the car park offers them 10 grand in a suit case to lose on a game, they record the transaction , now they have control over the player throughout their career. all they have to do is miss a red or lose a frame a few time a year and earn millions. i was watching a few games and thought it weird betfred betfair so many bet shops sponsoring the game,all over the screen on thier shirts and I though these players could so easy earn far more money to lose a frame than to win. |

yeah ive never really gambled, when I say to people you are much more likely to be run over tomorrow than with the lottery, they don't seem to get how astronomical the odds are, i think they see them as a binary choice, you either win or not |

yeah snooker is massive in asia as well now, i thin its rife with betting fraud, i remember the chinese people who lived over the road were really into sports betting, you could tell because they had about 3 satellite dishes on the side of their house |

in the draws the theory is some balls are heated or have different textures so they pic they right draws, you can tell it happens for champions league, too much money to be made in tv rights to draw real madrid and besiktas or something, got to be the big teams, rivals constantly |

yeah lol i think what you said sometimes happens too, but in lower leagues where it is much easier to bribe layers officials and doesnt around suspicion of the authorities Biggest i can remember was what juventus was doing |
