you could conceivably reconstruct the image mentally through
tactile braille like reading of the disc if you fingers were
sensitive enough down to a few microns, it would take to the
end of the observable universe to do probably and probably
wouldn't looks that good in your mind as you would have to
keep remembering each scanline and frame order, so you would
need something like a brain the size of a small post office
