You should know I think you're cool. You do have a persecution complex but I think a lot of that is made worse because we're talking on the web. If we were in the pub you'd realise more easily what's satirical here, and how I actually think well of you. I'm poking fun at the conflict a few people were involved in, not attacking you. :) And in the other thread you deserved to be slagged and called out for being unkind. Ok, I appreciate what you're saying. Though if you point out tone, and me not always getting it, I would agree. Opportune moment to mention that I'm often mistakenly taken as being a harsh cunt, when I don't mean to. I realised that when I was Hobbes, that I was thinking I was the funny guy but ended up upsetting tons of people. The point of quitting as Hobbes and being RD was to try and be more sensitive. Still not quite mastered it. |

Bit touchy (of course!) regarding the comment on me having a persecution complex. I'm open to thinking about it, especially irl, but here all you can see is that I have bitten back a few times, but never blindly. I don't feel persecuted here. I just like how vibrant some of the relations have become. I think it's for the best. Most here are honest about who they are. It's great. Cool that you can diagnose me a bit though. Maybe you could find my comment about EMT less problematic, and mean spirited? I like the pub analogy. I use it often. It's great how we're all capable of moving on. Xlt is weird. Special place, and only MB or forum I visit. |
