I give up

I want to live on an small island, amongst nature, away
from people, with my dog.

Books, an internet connection, tv, and a bathtub.

I can't cope with people anymore, I think I may have just
imploded.

I've had enough.

Alone time is good, just to retreat into yourself, read, go
blank, listen to the hum of existence or whatever.

seriously though live in a cottage deep in the woods making
weird pottery and stained glass windows with mythological
creatures on, smoking a pipe, basically become a wizard and
listen to really great music

Hey guys.

Yeah I have actually quite a bit of alone time for a married
man. We spend 3 to 4 nights together a week usually. It's
good in a way, and in another it's not helping.

Hyperflake, I guess if we really wanted to live with nothing
somewhere in Asia, we could.

lol and mouse.

regarding the topic subject, patience is a serious ally. i
read somewhere that some people need to win, to let them win
cause they need it.

wishing for a place in the country, we like crafting and
tailoring.
gonna join you folks and stitch us some weird gowns that
make us look like the froud´s trolls. we read aloud to each
other btw, mostly pratchett

I think we can all relate.

I love how RD says he wants to be alone and move to an
island and then everyone's like no screw that we're coming
with you!

My partner works most evenings and we don't have the same
days off. In some ways I like the freedom but I feel
increasingly disconnected from her. When we do spend time
together it feels like all we do is argue about trivial
matters. It will be fine though, I hope. It's just a phase,
I keep telling myself.

"and then everyone's like no screw that we're coming
with you!"

haha right, seperate huts within a two miles radius then?

think about what the circumstances were when you were in
your hot phase port, when me and my girls tensions grow we
excercise more like in our best times, go for walks together
and give each other some treats or just take care of each
others needs. usually mellows everything and we get harmonic
:)

id like to live in a little shack made of wood on an eyot in
the middle of a woodland stream and breed shrews of many
hued fur. I would travel down stream by coracle and trade
shrews for food

I'm pretty much always secretly planning an escape to some
far off, isolated place.

After what I said above, I must say I just spent a lovely
afternoon with my lady. We went to have Chinese food, walked
around, did some grocery shopping. Nothing out of the
ordinary, just a plain old boring time together. It was
great. She was looking particularly lovely too, I might add.

I will warn you though, I will have mines* surrounding my

*Not to mention sharks with lasers, and extremely slow
dipping mechanisms.

Thanks!

I love Bottom. It's comedy that warms me up. Talking of
comedies that are heartwarming, I really need to binge on
Alan Partridge again soon.

I could try and show it to mrs Dust, but I'm not sure she'll
love it the way I'd want her to, and I'll get the hump like
when I tried to show her the initial series of the Office
and she was bored by episode 2.
