Although I don't see the point in this fade-in thing, I don't actually care about it - if you wanted to use one of the other links, you were most probably going to move your mouse, anyway. When I first saw it, I was confused as to where the other links were - then I moved the mouse. I didn't surge to a forum to announce my discontent about something I could solve by a mouse movement that I was going to do in the first place. |

i hadnt seen it since i use keywords to search google. seems fairly innocuous to me. it's just google further minimalizing their interface, which from the beginning has been one of the drawing points (versus say a yahoo.com homepage, yech). |
